crafted to Order: Each piece is meticulously crafted upon order. Please allow 3-10 business days (or specify your timeframe) for production before shipping.

2. Sizing Accuracy
Check Your Size: Since this ring is customized to your specifications, please ensure your ring size is accurate. We recommend visiting a local jeweler or using our [Size Guide] before placing your order.
Resizing: Please note that due to the side stone, resizing options may be limited once the ring is finished.
3. Customization & Return Policy
Final Sale: Because this is a custom-made item specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or a shipping error.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, we cannot change the order details.
4. Metal & Stone Care
Wear with Care: To maintain the Rhodium and 18K White Gold finish, avoid wearing your ring during heavy exercise, swimming, or while using harsh household chemicals.
Stone Maintenance: Moissanite is incredibly durable (9.25 Mohs scale), but we recommend a gentle cleaning with a soft brush and mild soap every few weeks to maintain its maximum "fire."
